Cancellation Policy – HOTEL
(Applicable to individual bookings and groups)
The following conditions apply in case of cancellation or modification. The stated amounts and percentages are payable by you.
Upon confirmation of the reservation, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days prior to the arrival date, a fixed fee of €90 per room will be charged.
In case of cancellation or modification within 14 days prior to the arrival date, as well as in case of a no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
At check-in, we require a valid credit card as a guarantee for your reservation and stay.
